Reservations & Operating Hours

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Hours may change due to holidays, private events, seasonal demand, maintenance, weather or regulations — please verify before visiting.

Menu, Pricing & Food Photography

Menu items, availability and prices may change without notice. Promotional prices apply only during the promo period. Food photography is illustrative — actual presentation may vary.

Allergies

Payments & Refunds

Conduct, Children & Pets

Smoking in prohibited areas, outside food/beverages/alcohol, harassment, abusive behaviour or property damage are not allowed. Parents are responsible for supervising children. Pets may be permitted at our discretion; service animals are accommodated per law.

Photography & User-Generated Content

Personal, non-commercial photography is welcome. Professional shoots and influencer collaborations require prior approval. By tagging Café School or joining our campaigns, you grant us permission to repost publicly shared content with credit unless you request otherwise.

Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

All Café School branding, content and the school-themed concept are owned by Cafe School Private Limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the courts of Alibaug, Maharashtra.

4. Reservation Policy

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Cancel up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.
• No advance payment is generally required.
• Advance payment or confirmation may be requested for birthdays, corporate events, reunions and large groups.
• No-show charges are currently not applicable.
• Delayed arrivals may result in release of the table if we cannot reach you.
• Operating hours may change during holidays, maintenance, monsoon or private events.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 hours before arrival.
• Food once prepared is non-refundable except where required by law.
• Menu availability may vary.
• For duplicate or failed online payments where funds are debited, we will verify the transaction and coordinate with the payment provider for any applicable reversal or refund.

6. Community & House Rules

• Treat staff and guests respectfully.
• No smoking.
• No outside food, beverages or alcohol.
• Children must be supervised.
• Pets may be permitted at management discretion.
• Professional photography requires prior approval.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
• Lost items will be reasonably safeguarded but remain the owner's responsibility.

7. Advertising & Promotions Policy

• Offers are valid only during the stated promotional period.
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Offers have no cash value.
• Promotions are subject to availability.
• We may modify or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary.
• User-generated content may be reposted with credit.
• Influencer collaborations require prior approval.
